Be an UpModel™: Help REAL People with REAL
Career Decisions
Are you a driven, successful professional? Does the thought of empowering and encouraging other upwardly mobile professionals resonate or give you a charge? If so, then we want to hear from you. UpMo is actively recruiting extraordinary people like you to serve as role models, career mentors, path blazers—UpModels.
As an UpModel:
- You're a career success story, with an upwardly mobile job history of at least ten years.
- You're a time maximizer: you want to make the most of your mentoring activities by helping as many people as possible in as little time as possible.
- You like the idea of becoming a role model to hundreds and perhaps thousands of upwardly mobile professionals who will learn from your experience and career path.
- You want to establish a legacy, making your mark on the world today and tomorrow.
What's in it for you as an UpModel:
- You'll get a deep, inner satisfaction—the kind that comes when you know you're changing lives by helping real professionals navigate to real success.
- You'll build a living legacy by giving others—many others—the confidence they need to succeed, even in tough times.
- And if that's not enough—we'll also make a sizable donation in your name to a charity of your choice.
How the UpMo system works:
- Up-and-coming professionals, generally age 25-44, join UpMo, become UpMovers and share information with us about their career paths, industries and work styles.
- UpMovers browse through UpModel profiles, searching for and ultimately selecting an UpModel—perhaps even you—to emulate on the way to their career success.
- Using your career path, networking habits and professional and life choices as a guide, we then build individualized Career Roadmaps for your UpMovers to help them with long-term planning, as well as to give them the daily moves they need to turn career goals and aspirations into reality.
What our UpModels are saying:
- "I'm amazed. In less than three hours, I provided enough insight for younger professionals to model my success—and to avoid my failures. I wish I could have enjoyed the same in my early years."
- "I love being on the cutting edge, so becoming a charter UpModel, before the product has even launched, is VERY exciting for me."
- "Times are tough, with job cuts and economic uncertainty that's sure to last for several years. It's wonderful that I can help younger professionals navigate these turbulent waters."
